We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our business in the industrial and commercial sectors. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers, leveraging your strong communication and proposal writing skills to secure end-to-end solar service projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms to identify potential clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and budget constraints.
  • Proactively contact decision-makers through targeted cold calling and build strong relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations.

Sales and Proposal Development:

 

  • Understand the full scope of our end-to-end solar services offerings and their benefits.
  • Develop compelling and customized proposals that address client-specific needs and pain points.
  • Effectively present and negotiate proposals to secure project contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and technically sound.

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
