- Lead Multiple Teams in Content Development, Setting Standards and Review of Large Contents related to Multiple Domains, thus ensuring the delivery of Excellent Documentation
- Manage stakeholder expectation and deliver as per committed timelines
- Interpreting Highly Technical concepts into easily understandable user documentation.
- Handle Software Documentation for Various Verticals Including but not limited to Education
- Project Planning, Estimation and Scheduling, Task Allocation & Management
Requirements:
- 15+ Years of Experience with Software Documentation
- Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
- Exceptional Interpersonal & People Management Skills
- Experience with writing messages, notes, tips and labels that customers see on product screens.
- Experience working with widely used technical writing tools including Frame Maker, Robohelp, Madcap Flare, and So on
