Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Create engaging digital content that generates leads and stimulates movement through the lead-generation cycle; using SEO as your starting point
  • Produce and develop clear and original written content for social media, blog posts, websites, advertisements, outreach campaigns, call to action, and video scripts
  • Update and edit written copy according to feedback
  • Edit, review, proof, fact-check, and improve content created by others, including longer pieces of thought leadership and press releases
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and business teams on projects (e.g. designers to develop the visual representation of the written content, e.g. story flow of infographics/graphics/animations)
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of their own content to gauge user satisfaction and generates ideas for enhancing the content experience.

 

Editorial/Content Management

  • Write, edit, and manage written materials across all communications touchpoints; with editorial responsibilities for blog content and calendar.

 

Research

  • Research and gather additional information to quickly understand a new topic and produce high-quality content
  • Interview stakeholders, subject matter experts, and clients to generate creative ideas and article outlines
  • Monitor metrics related to content such as web traffic and conversion rates and act on findings from the data
