Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media, email marketing and more
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce quality content that inspires and educates the audience
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services and encourage donations
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles (if required)
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Ensure all-around consistency (communication style and tone)
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English literature/Communication or a related field
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with new and existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn is a must.
