We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our team in the IT hardware industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing data related to IT hardware products, including knowledge of parts, brands, categories, and image management. The role will involve working with MS Excel, data scraping tools, and Google Merchant Center to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information for our inventory.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product data using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Scrap images of IT hardware products and resize them to standard sizes for uploading via Excel import.
Maintain knowledge of IT hardware parts, brands, and categories to accurately categorize products.
Utilize data scraping tools to gather information from various sources and update pricing data.
Work with Google Merchant Center to minimize product issues and ensure smooth feed management.
Monitor industry pricing trends for refurbished IT hardware and update pricing accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Use SFTP or FTP tools like FileZilla for uploading images to the server.
Create and maintain standards for product titles, descriptions, technical specifications, and pricing for data standardization and SEO purposes.
Apply SEO standards to product data to improve search engine visibility and website ranking.
