**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast property growth and investment opportunities.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to property investment.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to analyze spatial data and identify growth trends in different suburbs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements and business objectives.
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and correlations in the data.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, BI, and GIS.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Geography, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
