Job Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Karāchi, and the Implementation and Support Executive is responsible for the installation, configuration, customization, and deployment of MyHCM’s systems. The Implementation and Support Executive will support the clients during the implementation, provide user training, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support to clients after installation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in an implementation and support role, dealing with clients and providing trainings
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with database concepts, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and verbal
- Certification in Project Management, Customer Support or Technical Support would be a plus
