Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, integrating AI for optimized deployments, testing, and rollback processes with a focus on transparency and fairness.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage scalable infrastructure using IaC tools, leveraging AI for self-healing and resource optimization, ensuring ethical use of AI-driven decisions.
AI-Powered Monitoring: Utilize AI-driven observability tools for real-time monitoring and anomaly detection, ensuring system reliability and performance, while maintaining data privacy and ethical handling of system-generated insights.
DevSecOps Integration: Automate security checks and vulnerability assessments, embedding ethical security practices in the development lifecycle to protect user data and maintain privacy.
AIOps & ChatOps: Implement automated operational workflows using AI, enabling quicker incident responses and system updates, ensuring ethical considerations in AI decision-making processes.
Edge Computing & MLOps: Collaborate with development teams to manage AI model deployments at the edge, ensuring that AI models are ethically trained, deployed, and monitored.
Collaborative Tools: Use AI-powered tools for code reviews and documentation, promoting transparency and fairness in automation processes.
Ethical Responsibilities
Ensure that all AI and automation processes follow the highest ethical standards, including data privacy, non-discrimination, and transparency.
Advocate for the responsible use of AI, ensuring that decisions made by automated systems are explainable and accountable.
Collaborate with the team to establish ethical guidelines for automation processes and ensure compliance with these standards across projects.
Continuously review AI-driven tools and workflows to ensure alignment with ethical principles, particularly in areas like data handling and security.
Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with exposure to AI and automation tools.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and infrastructure management.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack) with AI-driven observability tools being a plus.
Experience with security best practices and tools for DevSecOps.
Strong understanding of ethical standards in AI and automation, including data privacy, transparency, and fairness.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to automate processes while adhering to ethical guidelines.
