We are looking for a creative #digitalaccountmanager to focus on optimizing our online presence and helping manage our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented self-starter who leans in to challenging tasks and is not afraid to make mistakes. You have experience or interest in graphics, an interest in managing digital channels and digital advertising. You are broad minded with a willingness to experiment, learn and discover new ways to reach, delight and engage with our customers.
Responsibilities
Help keep our online channels updated with updated photography and optimize our listings to help drive engagement
Assist in analyzing and updating our digital advertising campaigns regularly
Helping run A/B tests to test different types of imagery, content and offers
Assist with customer support
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure our online channels reflect our marketing strategy and production priorities while also sharing insights and feedback with the wider team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Design or Related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design or ecommerce
Experience with Google Sheets, Dropbox, Word and Excel.
Experience using Canva or willingness to learn; Photoshop is a plus
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Curious, multidisciplinary, and eager to learn.
