We are looking for a senior digital brand and affiliate marketing manager with a proven track record in marketing SaaS products, to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital brand marketing strategies and affiliate partnerships/campaigns for our SaaS Product (HRMS/HRIS).
Responsibilities
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing including digital brand management, affiliate partnerships, content marketing, email marketing, social media and paid media campaigns
Plan and execute affiliate/digital partnerships with relevant organizations/groups
Design, build and maintain the brand's social media presence
Plan, build and maintain online brand-reputation management
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Graduate with 5+ years of experience working in a senior digital marketing management role
Relevant hands-on work experienced with a proven portfolio in marketing a SaaS product
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Expert-level knowledge of Website UI/UX optimization
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console etc.)
