We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing process to satisfy clients. Also, you should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing form.
You should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Ultimately, you should be able to drive ALL our digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated, digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The successful candidate will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and Facebook & Google Ads
· Assist in designing, building and maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
· Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
· Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
· Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
· Generate ideas for new content types
· Proof read articles before publication
· Write marketing copy to promote our products/services
· Proof read and edit blog posts before publication
· Upload content onto WordPress
· Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain from a reputable university. Candidates with English literature, Economics, Sociology, and History background will be given preference.
· Up to 2 years of working experience in digital marketing.
· Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Experience in optimizing landing pages
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. GTM, Google Analytics, SEMrush, MOZ etc.)
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns (including Google Grant)
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, Sugar CRM etc
· Hands-on experience with running FB ads
· Hands-on experience in social media management and growth
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Excellent client-facing, verbal communication skills and writing skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
