Role Overview:

As our “The Marketing Executive”, you'll be responsible for spearheading various initiatives aimed at elevating our brand presence and generating leads. Here's what you'll be doing:

 

1. Creating Brand Awareness:

Lead efforts to increase brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies. Your creativity will be key in developing campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience and differentiate us from the competition.

 

2. Content Creation Expertise:

Craft compelling and informative content to educate and engage potential customers through several platforms especially LinkedIn and website.

 

3. Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into our target audience and industry trends. This will help in refining and validating our positioning and look for alternatives, if the current positioning does not seem to be delivering results.

 

4. SEO and SEM Mastery:

Optimize our online visibility through effective SEO and SEM strategies. You'll be responsible for increasing our website's visibility in search engine results and driving organic traffic.

 

5. Running Advertising Campaigns:

Lead the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels. From social media ads to display advertising, you'll optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reach our target audience.

 

6. Targeted Outbound Marketing:

Implement targeted outbound marketing tactics, including cold calling and email outreach, to expand our reach and generate new opportunities.

 

7. Lead Nurturing:

Work closely with the sales team to nurture marketing leads and prepare them for conversion. Your goal is to seamlessly transition leads from marketing to sales, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

8. Create Sales Funnels:

Strategically plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately driving business growth and revenue.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3 years in marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lemlist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
