We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring their needs are met. You will collaborate closely with the design team to create visually compelling content and ensure it is posted strategically across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between clients and the creative/design team, ensuring client needs are effectively communicated and met.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Work with the design team to create engaging creatives for social media campaigns.
- Schedule, post, and manage content on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Ensure timely communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and/or account management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Marketing experience is essential.
- Agency experience is a plus.
