Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and refine marketing initiatives in Go High Level, including automations, email workflows, and landing page setups.
- Utilize ClickUp to organize projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Assist in content creation and scheduling across social media, email platforms, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Update and manage marketing assets, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Oversee lead generation activities, including CRM updates and workflow automation using Go High Level.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing goals and strategies are aligned and effectively executed.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or a related role.
- Proficiency in Go High Level for managing CRM systems, automations, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with ClickUp for organizing and tracking projects and workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including email campaigns, social media management, and lead generation.
- Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
