Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our B2B digital marketing agency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to content marketing, client engagement, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Content Marketing:

  • Organic Social Media: Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Newsletters/Blogs: Create, manage, and distribute newsletters and blog content to provide value to our audience and establish thought leadership.

 

Engagement:

  • Client Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to engage prospective clients and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Engagement Models: Create and refine engagement models to optimize client interactions and conversions.

 

Community Management:

  • Community Building: Build and manage a community of like-minded individuals to foster networking and collaboration.
  • Trust and Credibility: Develop strategies to establish and maintain trust and credibility within the community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in copywriting and content creation using graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with the latest AI technologies and tools relevant to digital marketing.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong awareness of U.S. and Europe pop culture and trends to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive attitude with a willingness to take risks and innovate.
