Clarisync is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analytics across various digital channels. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, including setting campaign goals, defining target audiences, creating compelling content and creatives, managing budgets, and monitoring campaign performance.
· Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure for search engines, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions
· Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create engaging and valuable content for target audiences, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
· Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, by creating and publishing high-quality content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics and analytics
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all digital marketing channels, using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms, to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize performance.
· Identify opportunities to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing, user feedback, and optimization techniques.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive business results.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and engaging digital marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing concepts, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
