We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at Social Champ. The interested candidate should ideally have 3.5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department and come up with new ones
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Strong competitor analysis skills
- Plan Quarterly targets in the form of OKRs w.r.t to each function
- Keep track of Signups & Conversions to identify their journey and take action accordingly.
- Analyze the churn reasons and plan accordingly to reactivate them and reduce the churn rate.
- Responsible for everything related to the marketing activities, customers, business, etc.
- Cross-check activities, identify areas of improvement, and be a bridge between Dev & Marketing team.
- Bring important stuff & customer needs on the table. Try to prioritize, and implement the high features in demand.
- Keep the team together and create a friendly work environment.
- Bring forward new strategies to onboard team members.
- Listen to team challenges and provide unbiased solutions.
- Monitor leads of all functions, their activities, leadership qualities, positiveness towards the business, their team efficiency, etc.
- Focus on an individual's personal development, career growth, health issues, etc.
- Motivate and empower team members to boost their productivity.
- Conduct quarterly meetings.
