Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager for this leading brand, you will be responsible for maintaining the brand's strength in the market and accelerating the brand's message across various digital touchpoints on behalf of the whole organization.

 

A Day in the Life...

Ownership of the digital marketing strategy and implementation across various channels including Website Management, Social Media, Digital Campaigns, Product e-Merchandising, Website Traffic, and Public Relations

Be a digital strategist, planner, communicator, and executor all in one! You could be presenting your marketing ideas to the c-suite in the morning and updating an Adwords Campaign in the afternoon

Create paid and organic strategies and manage SEO and SEM in conjunction with external agency partners

Develop social media content strategy and calendar, oversee creative development and budgets, oversee performance tracking and report results to management

Liaise with management colleagues and provide input to inform brand, retail, media, product launch, and customer experience campaigns

Originate ideas to expand the company’s awareness and brand in the marketplace

 

To be Successful:

  • 3+ years in a similar fast-paced role across Digital Brand Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various digital channels/assets and a passion for staying up to date with the latest and greatest in marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present marketing strategies to senior-level management
  • The ability to think strategically about digital channels as a stand-alone and as a digital ecosystem as a whole
  • Ability to accurately analyze data and use various digital platforms for data collection
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills
  • Extensive understanding of SEO principles
  • Extensive understanding of CMS platforms including WordPress & Wix
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics/Data Studio
  • Experience within the Health industry is advantageous
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A keen eye for graphic design and experience using Adobe products desirable
  • Strong multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple brands' digital presence concurrently
  • Tertiary qualified in Digital Marketing
