Job Description
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Managing and maintaining social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other partners
Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a B2B SaaS
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, content generation, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and convert into paying customers.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools & social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Youtube Studio, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience with Customer.io or similar CMS tool
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Content creation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ year of marketing experience
