Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participating closely with the CEO to complete transformational marketing initiatives and assisting in day-today optimization efforts to meet Company objectives
  • Plans and executes all SMM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
  • Designs build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • At least five years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills: you can interpret results for clients, explain strategic decisions, and maintain smooth relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to proofread and provide close copy-edits to text.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in degree Specialization in Marketing.
