Job Responsibilities
- Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Write and manage content for the post and captions.
- Brainstorm different ideas and execution strategies for making reels
- Preparing design guidelines for the respective team members for creating posts and reels
- Lead a team of designers and content writers to execute and prepare content for different post and reel ideas.
- Making posts, Handling and responding to comments/messages on several social media platforms.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with analytical and collaboration tools
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Proven working experience with a start-up
