Job Description
We are actively seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is not only a strategic and innovative marketer but also possesses hands-on experience in creating high-quality campaign creatives using Canva Pro. This role is crucial for both our in-house marketing and our work with international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with digital agencies, be adept at developing global marketing strategies, and possess robust analytical skills to continually improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development and Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both our internal and international client needs.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Manage digital campaigns across various channels, focusing on impactful outcomes, strong ROI, and customer engagement on a global scale.
- Creative Design with Canva Pro: Expertly use Canva Pro to produce compelling and effective campaign materials, guiding the digital creative process in line with marketing strategies and brand standards.
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Oversee the growth and engagement of both the company’s and clients' social media accounts, utilizing innovative tactics suitable for diverse international markets.
- Content Development and SEO: Lead content marketing and SEO efforts to enhance organic reach and improve search rankings internationally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools for in-depth campaign analysis, leveraging insights for continuous optimization of marketing efforts. Strong focus on analyzing and improving KPIs.
- Team Leadership and Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Mentor and lead a marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration. Ensure alignment with other departments for a unified marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Experience in Digital Marketing with a Digital Agency or similar company: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within a digital agency or similar company.
- Exceptional Canva Pro Skills: Demonstrated ability in using Canva Pro to design high-quality digital marketing materials.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
- Broad Marketing Skill Set: Proficiency in digital advertising, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for effective campaign analysis, with a focus on constantly improving KPIs.
