Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of various paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Handle daily planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of SEM and display campaigns using Google Adwords.
  • Utilize a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor results daily with a focus on improving acquisition quality and enhancing CPA/ROAS metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide reports and insights to drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Develop media plans and closely monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports detailing the overall performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Offer recommendations, ideas, and suggestions to enhance the team's technical, analytical, and reporting skills. Develop corrective action plans to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure relevancy in digital marketing approaches and implement analytics and insights strategies.
  • Evaluate key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience engagement.
  • Lead, coach, monitor, and manage the team to achieve performance results, and ensure quality control, and timely project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-motivated environment, brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Possess 2 to 3 years of working experience in social media ads and paid search/PPC execution, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Exhibit a high level of expertise with the Facebook Ads Manager, Adwords platform, and Google Analytics.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong time and project management abilities, managing multiple campaigns while paying attention to details.
  • Display a highly collaborative and self-motivated nature, functioning as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
