Responsibilities:

Photography:
- Capture high-quality photographs that align with the brand's visual identity and storytelling objectives.
- Conduct photoshoots for various purposes, including products, events, and promotional materials.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure a polished and professional final product.
Videography:
- Shoot and edit videos for diverse purposes such as marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand video requirements and execute creative concepts.
- Ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Initiate ad campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Utilize analytics tools to extract actionable insights, continuously optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
- Manage PPC campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns to increase visibility and conversions while maintaining a strong ROI.
Content Creation
- Create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Proficiently use video editing software to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Ensure content maintains brand voice and resonates effectively with target the audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Create content, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics.
Staying Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and networking events to stay informed.
Qualification:
- Mass communication degree or relevant field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be considered a plus point.
