Position: Manager, Digital Marketing (Performance Marketer)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
-Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing strategies within the fashion retail industry.
- Extensive experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
- Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, product managers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
