Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Global Events Management:

  • Organize and oversee international marketing events such as trade shows, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Utilize creative skills to develop compelling promotional materials that resonate with our global audience.
  • Represent ILMversity at international events, embodying our brand and fostering new opportunities.

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive cohesive teamwork and achievement of objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Innovate and propose new growth strategies based on competitive analysis and industry trends.

Communication and Brand Representation:

  • Craft persuasive content across digital platforms that maintains a consistent brand voice and engages our target demographic.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
