Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media best practices.
