Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation and distribution across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies and competitive landscape.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media best practices.
