Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines (SEO/SEM), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads).
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services across diverse platforms.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on digital marketing efforts.
- Lead efforts in improving user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement on web and social platforms.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media accounts, and content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, product development) and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Oversee and implement A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and growth tactics to increase conversions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience managing successful campaigns across different channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficient in using marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
