Leadership and Team Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 25 professionals across the PPC, Social Media, and Creative departments.
•Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and guide team members in achieving their personal and professional goals.
.𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Monitor spending across PPC campaigns, social media initiatives, and creative projects, optimizing expenditures to drive results.
2. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐏𝐈 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Set and monitor performance goals for each department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate departmental success through metrics such as campaign performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement.
Regularly review and optimize workflows to ensure consistent performance improvement.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in business or marketing management, with expertise in Search Engine Optimization, digital marketing, PPC, SMM (Social Media Marketing), and creative strategies.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Data Studio), marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms.
Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and manage large, diverse teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and client interactions.
