Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs in alignment with brand plans and business objectives.

Content Collaboration:

Work with content marketing and design teams to create targeted content for each stage of the digital customer journey.

Online Asset Optimization:

Review and optimize design and content across online assets, including the company website and social media platforms.

Budget Management:

Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI.

Performance Testing:

Use A/B testing to evaluate and optimize digital marketing performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze campaign results to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Generate monthly reports on the performance of the digital marketing portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within the Internet or IT industry.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members to build high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated with resilience and a proactive approach.
