SEO & Content Strategy:
Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for conversions.
Social Media & Branding:

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn marketing, and automation tools.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BPO sector, including lead acquisition strategies for outsourcing services.
Creativity & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies backed by data-driven decision-making.
Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
