Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Performance Marketer located in Lahore. As a Digital Performance Marketer, will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive sales from online traffic and increase positive brand visibility. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Day-to-Day tasks will include managing digital advertising campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing marketing metrics, and generating performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven 4 - 6 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce performance marketing with minimum 8+ ROAS campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, Bing, marketplace and etc)
- Experience in data analysis and interpreting marketing metrics
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Exceptional campaigns budget utilization of above Rs 6 to 8 million / month
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience with e-commerce and SEO is a plus
- Can maintain balance between revenue pressure / ROAS performances
- Willing to accept and trim down challenges in to new opportunities.
- Preferred to have experience in any of the following category or mixed in Mobile hand sets, Electronics, Clothing, Footwear, Fragrances, Beauty and Personal care, Health, Home decor, Sports etc
