We’re looking for an innovative, progressive thinker to join our team in developing digital strategies and media plans that will connect our clients with their audiences online, whether in Canada, North America, or around the world.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Inventiv Technology’s digital team and account services departments on several national and global brands. You’ll be looked to as the expert on how to embrace new innovations in digital marketing, to effectively execute digital strategies and media plans, and how to improve results across clients’ existing digital channels.
Digital Media Strategy and Planning
• Collaborate with account services and digital team members to create innovative digital media strategies.
• Develop targeting strategies to connect with client audiences, identifying key channels and platforms to best reach
potential customers, and keywords to help drive campaign results.
• Translate digital strategies into actionable media plans including platform breakdown, budget allocation, timing,
and KPIs.
• Present digital media plans, reports, and performance analyses to clients.
Campaign Management
• Build digital ads in online platforms, adhering to proper naming conventions, quality standards and best practices
for successfully hitting targets.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns align with media plans and strategies.
• Create and maintain internal and/or external facing campaign dashboards to assist in ongoing monitoring and
reporting of performance.
• Ongoing and proactive campaign monitoring, conducting regular analysis and optimization of performance
including making detailed records of changes for use in reporting.
• Building reports, pulling in all data required to conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and results.
• Analyzing campaign performance and developing well-articulated insights to tell the story of the campaign, the
results, and recommendations for future strategies.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing:
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly and engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience and supports our SEO strategy.
• Conduct content gap analysis to identify opportunities to create valuable content that addresses user needs and search intent.
Digital Marketing Management:
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, potentially including (depending on the company's needs) social media marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and tools to leverage them in our marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Generate regular reports to communicate SEO progress, campaign effectiveness, and website performance to
stakeholders.
