Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at CrawlBytes in Islamabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, web analytics, online marketing campaigns, and effective communication to drive online visibility, generate leads, and boost revenue for clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and post content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms such as Quora, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and questions, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance social media presence.
- Help create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Assist in maintaining a content calendar and planning content to coincide with key dates, campaigns, and promotions.
- Support branding initiatives by helping to maintain consistency in the messaging and visual identity of the brand across all channels.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
- Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums, such as Quora and Reddit, to promote brand and offerings.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize the Go High-Level CRM Automation tool for managing customer relationships, automating marketing processes, analyzing campaign performance, and integrating Mailchimp.
- Implement and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Integrate Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Develop and optimize WordPress landing pages to capture leads and maximize conversions.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels in Go High-Level to guide prospects through the customer journey.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing page designs, and email subject lines to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Web Analytics and Online Marketing expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
