Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
•Assist with basic SEO activities, such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
•Help develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising (PPC).
•Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support content creation and SEO strategy.
•Create and design marketing materials, such as blog posts, infographics, social media visuals, and email newsletters, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
•Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, and provide recommendations for optimization.
•Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices to ensure the company is using cutting-edge tactics.
•Assist with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including setting up and managing campaigns.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications or a related field.
•1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
•Foundational knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
•Experience with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
•Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
•Experience with content creation and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various digital marketing activities simultaneously.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
