Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include planning campaigns, researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.
Location: H-13 Islamabad, (Hybrid)
Days & Timings: Any 4 hours between (10 am - 6 pm (Mon- Fri)
Salary Range: 30-35k
Responsibilities
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Write and manage contents for the post and captions.
- Lead a team of designers and provide guidelines to the designers to get the post done
- Handling and responding to comments/messages on several social media platforms.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Proven working experience with a start-up
