Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist (USA Market) - Pakistan
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and content marketing, tailored specifically for the USA market.
2. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve organic search rankings and enhance visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
3. Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for social media platforms, create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
4. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to attract and retain the target audience.
5. Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers, utilizing segmentation and personalization strategies.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Generate regular reports to showcase the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the USA market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, content creation, and email marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
