Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will also analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and create insightful reports using Looker Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Optimize campaign settings, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Create visually appealing and informative reports using Looker Studio to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign goals are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
