We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content and website for search engines to increase organic traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, to optimize and improve future efforts.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with the sales and product teams to coordinate marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
