We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee our dynamic and innovative marketing team at Think Outside the Box UAE. This role involves managing a team that includes Lead Generation Experts specializing in paid advertising and Content Creators & Editor proficient in both AI-based and traditional methods, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, team leadership, and a keen understanding of both data-driven lead generation and creative content production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of the digital marketing team, ensuring efficient collaboration between all team members.
2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that effectively integrate paid advertising and innovative content creation.
3. Campaign Oversight: Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with content strategies and overall marketing objectives.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and team activities, providing guidance and making strategic adjustments as necessary.
5. Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, AI technologies, and content creation tools, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry innovations.
6. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI across all campaigns and projects.
7. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
