Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on Digital Marketing covering topics such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, E-Commerce, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Skill Assessment: Assess the skill levels of trainees and adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of participants.
Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed, helping them to understand complex concepts and improve their skills.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Digital Marketing and incorporate relevant updates into training materials and sessions.
Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and departments within PNY Trainings to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to education and skill development.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, E-Commerce, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
Training Experience: Proven experience delivering training sessions or workshops, either in a corporate or educational setting.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or related fields would be an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt training methods to suit the learning styles and needs of diverse audiences.
Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
