Key Responsibilities
> Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
> Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective tactics to generate high-quality leads, specifically targeting "LinkedIn and Twitter" as key platforms for marketing efforts and lead acquisition, aiming to increase conversion rates and drive business growth.
> Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
> Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create posts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
> SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve visibility and drive traffic.
> Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
> Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
> Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
> Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and incorporate best practices into strategies.
Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
> Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
> Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
