Knowledge Platform is a state-of-the-art education company, that uses technology to bring top-quality educational content to classrooms and online. Knowledge Platform is currently looking for motivated, tech-savvy, and education-minded team members to create learning content, games, and assessments for grades K – 12.
The applicant will be responsible for:
· Creating educational content in the form of videos, interactive activities, games, and assessments, to be used online and in a (digital) classroom setting.
· Editing and proofreading content from all subjects, including science and math, along with editing and proofreading marketing material, technical manuals, or any miscellaneous content generated by other departments of the company
· Working with graphic designers, animators, voice-over artists, the tech team, and others to ensure timely delivery of all content.
Skills Required:
· Excellence in English writing and editing
· Teaching experience preferred
· Excellent command of Microsoft Office and an affinity for technology
· Good interpersonal skills and collaborative team player
Familiarity with digital content development will be preferred, though not essential. Knowledge Platform provides extensive instruction and training to any new hires. Proficiency with authoring tools, such as Vyond, PowerPoint, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
