Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a global non-profit technology organization is looking to engage with a Digital Marketing Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
● Help develop content for social media, primarily LinkedIn - this will be based on a
defined content calendar and approved themes; revise drafts based on review by the
team
● Utilize Zoho Social to develop, publish, and manage content for social media platforms
● Ensure all content is optimized for both social media and the organization’s website,
incorporating SEO best practices to enhance engagement, visibility, and search
rankings.
● Engage with inbound leads and audience interactions across platforms, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses that align with the organization’s communication standards.
● Review and help refine the overall digital plan to enable brand -building and increased organic leads/traffic
● Work closely with stakeholders to establish KPIs and performance metrics for both social media and website content. Regularly assess and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
● Ensure all content is structured for readability and engagement, utilizing clear headings, bullet points, and concise language to maximize impact.

Skills Required
● Relevant experience of 8-10 years in Digital Marketing
● Demonstrated experience of building a strong digital presence, especially on LinkedIn
● Comfort with using Zoho Social and other optimizing tools
● Prior experience in Digital Marketing in a B2B context is expected
● Strong ability to collaborate with teams to develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics, refining content strategies based on key insights.
● Proven experience simplifying complex information for broad audiences across social media and web platforms, ensuring clarity and engagement without sacrificing accuracy.
● Advanced knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and overall content performance.
