Disruptive Effects is now offering a career opportunity for a Human who will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into HTML/CSS and making it functional by using any required JS Library/Framework.
Technical Qualifications
- B.S in Computer Science or equivalent (Strong Computer Science fundamentals)
- Proficiency with HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, Sass
- Strong communication skills, work ethic and personal task management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work on a cross-functional collaborative web development team
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Key skills required for this position and which you will be evaluated:
- HTML5
- CSS3/SASS
- BOOTSTRAP 4
- JAVASCRIPT
- JQUERY
- Experience of no less than 2 years in frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
- Comprehensive understanding of web standards and responsive design techniques
- Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Experience working with at least one modern web framework such as Angular 2+, React, Vue would be a plus.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and latest features of Javascript
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-email client compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Proficient understanding and experience with version control systems (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc.)
Your Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will join a team of designers and developers responsible for the design, development, and testing of applications.
- Create responsive, pixel-perfect UIs with cross browser compatibility
- Write application interface UI code with JavaScript
- Optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices
- Develop standard code that can serve as the foundation of future projects
- Optimize our web applications for maximum speed
- Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines
- Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
