Job Description
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at Ticketistan.com. This role will require you to work on both the front-end and back-end of our platform, ensuring a smooth, cohesive user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web technologies, a solid understanding of back-end logic, and the ability to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of Ticketistan.com's website and mobile app.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring a high-quality, maintainable codebase.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and deliver user requirements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Implement server-side logic and manage database integration for dynamic content and smooth data flow.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services, including payment gateways, schedule lookups, and entertainment listings.
- Test and debug code to ensure reliable performance, responsiveness, and security across the platform.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve the development process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform's performance and security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with 2-3 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of back-end development using server-side languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and deployment processes.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, following best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks and libraries (React, Express, Django, etc.).
- Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
- Experience working in e-commerce or online booking platforms.
