Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

iTitans is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at iTitans. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in building a cutting-edge CRM platform tailored for B2B technology sales teams, starting with early-stage founders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop features for a CRM platform focused on relationship management for B2B technology sales teams.
  • Seamless integrations with email, calendaring, and other third-party systems.
  • A custom LLM-driven feature to generate "contextual follow-up" email pre-drafts for users based on contact data and interactions.
  • A Zapier-like automation system that creates notifications or triggers actions based on system-defined events as configured by users.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable and intuitive user experiences.
  • Implement features that support prospecting, relationship nurturing, and sales activities for early-stage founders and sales professionals.
  • Build robust backend services for data syncing, search functionalities, and data ingestion to support CRM workflows.
  • Own significant portions of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and deployment.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in full-stack development with expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, React.js, and Vercel.
  • Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and scaling techniques, particularly with PostgreSQL and ElectricSQL.
  • Experience in developing and integrating third-party APIs to enhance platform functionalities.
  • Proficient in performance optimization tools like Honeycomb, Grafana, and EXPLAIN ANALYZE.
  • Passion for building intuitive and extensible user interfaces that meet the unique needs of B2B sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with the challenges of CRM systems and the complexities of relationship management in B2B sales environments.
