We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team at Ragzon Solution. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) and have strong client communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage client interactions, pass client interviews, and possess AWS DevOps knowledge, including experience with Docker. Proficiency in Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and handle client meetings and interviews.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work with AWS services and implement DevOps best practices, including Docker-based deployments.
Implement and manage state management using Redux.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js.
