Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the channel’s objectives.

-Identify and implement emerging trends, tools, and technologies to position the channel at the forefront of digital advancements.

-Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the website, and X.

-Collaborate with the programming team to amplify television content on digital platforms.

-Drive growth in audience engagement and retention across all platforms.

-Analyze audience behavior and feedback to optimize content and enhance the user experience.

-Implement data-driven campaigns to increase digital viewership and interactions.

-Identify and optimize monetization opportunities for digital platforms.

-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital platforms and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

-Utilize analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies for maximum impact.

-Ensure all digital content adheres to legal, copyright, and regulatory standards.

-Lead and inspire a results-oriented, collaborative culture within the department.
