Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Design and structure internal & external presentations.
- Assist in the direction of internal and external projects and campaigns, acting as the brand point-person for consistency in brand identity and design execution.
- Regularly contribute ideas and design direction to all projects
- Design and manage production of inhouse graphic creation
- Graphic creation/web design of new pages and/or features
- Assist in creating, distributing and managing the graphic assets across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop high-quality content across channels such as newsletters, advertising, website etc.
- Design and develop digital assets for a variety of marketing, PR, and business needs such as brand materials
- Optimise content for social/digital and perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Propose and develop a clear, innovative, and well-defined aesthetic ensuring all visual assets are consistent, compelling, and reflect the creative direction of the brand
- Responsible for project timelines and prioritising workload
